Corinne Has Spoken Out About Incident

Bachelor villain Corinne Olympios has spoken out about rumours she was sexually assaulted during the filming of Bachelor in Paradise by fellow contestant DeMario Jackson.

Corinne was a divisive inclusion in the most recent series of the US Bachelor, copping criticism for bragging about her wealth and having a nanny who organised her life.

In a statement to Fox News, the reality star labelled herself a 'victim' and said she had spent the past week trying to make sense of what happened the night of the incident.

“Although I have little memory of that night, something bad obviously took place, which I understand is why production on the show has now been suspended and a producer on the show has filed a complaint against the production.”

ABC has suspended the filming of the series after a producer reportedly filed a complaint after witnessing Corinne and contestant DeMario Jackson engaging in sexual activity in the pool. Media reports claim Corinne may have been too intoxicated to consent at the time.

TMZ has reported Corinne has engaged the services of high-powered attorney Marty Singer and is thinking about potential legal action.

“As a woman, this is my worst nightmare and it has now become my reality. As I pursue the details and facts surrounding that night and the immediate days after, I have retained a group of professionals to ensure that what happened on June 4 comes to light and I can continue my life, including hiring an lawyer to obtain justice and seeking therapy to begin dealing with the physical and emotional trauma stemming from that evening.”

It’s understood DeMario is demanding vision of the incident to be made public to prove that it was consensual.
