Simpsons Re-Sign 2 Seasons, But These Major Characters Are in Doubt
The creator of The Simpsons, Matt Groening has said that all the actors have signed on for the next two seasons of the series. However TMZ claims that they know one person is in doubts.
Sources "intimately familiar" with the production have told TMZ that Harry Shearer, who voices multiple characters including Reverend Lovejoy, Charles Montgomery Burns, Ned Flanders and Seymour Skinner, has not re-signed.
All members of the cast reportedly make the same amount per episode, but apparently Shearer has issues with the back-end and merchandising.
Shearer's people have neither confirmed nor denied the story, but TMZ is promising it's true.
