While Victoria Beckham appears to have it all, it’s hard to believe the gorgeous Spice Girl ever struggled with low self esteem brought about by her bad skin.
Her flawless looks exude confidence and glamour, but the star battled terrible acne during her university days, which continued during her time as a Spice Girl.
The 42-year-old recently revealed the big secret to her new glowing complexion and it’s not what you’d expect. Posh Spice has praised the efforts of LA dermatologist Dr Harold Lancer for transforming her skin, with one simple addition to her diet.
"I used to have really problematic skin and he said to me, ’You have to eat salmon every single day.’ I said, ’Really, every day?’ And he said, ’Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day,’” Beckham told Edit.

What makes salmon so good for your skin is the omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins it contains. Vitamin A and C are both crucial anti-inflammatories which moisturise the skin.
While many studies link fish consumption to healthy skin, some even suggest eating salmon could protect against acne all together.
