Five Of The Weirdest Factors That Predict GREAT Sex

Here are five SUPER weird factors that can predict great sex. They might help you go from "meh" to "AH!" in bedroom...

1. How much you talk about sex with your friends

According to Cosmopolitan, talking about sex with your girlfriends is key. "When you're hooking up, talking to your girlfriends is an opportunity to explore and be curious and get a sense of what's 'normal,'" says Megan Fleming, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist, certified sex therapist.

Sex therapist Sarah Watson told Bustle"Friends can encourage you to try new things and expand your horizons. In my experience most people aren't educated on how to talk about sex so starting with your friends in a loving and safe environment can be very helpful!"

Think about it, how often do you make eye contact while flirting? Eye contact makes you feel connected. A great lover makes you feel engaged with them. According to sex therapist Vanessa Marin, eye contact increases self-esteem, deepens your connection and builds trust.

Someone who is great in bed can usually see the humour in any situation. Sex expert Logan Levkoff recently told Women's Health "You may not remember the strongest orgasm you've ever had, but you'll remember the time you fell off the bed because you were so into it that you didn't realize you were on the edge.". Things might get awkward from time to time but partners with a good sense of humour are more likely to end up having a good time in bed!

According to Women's Health, coffee intake can help both men and women feel more aroused, because it increases blood flow to your 'nether regions'. Researchers have said that a tall cup of coffee may have the same effect on women who drink caffeine once or a week or less.

If you like a drink to loosen up, you're in good luck. Research from the University Of Florence has found that women who had at least two glasses of wine had higher sexual desire and lubrication that those who don't. Just don't over do it with the drinking, as too much booze can make an orgasm harder to achieve.

There are actual reports that slobs make better lovers. According to Bustle, some experts think that being able to be messy and less than perfect outside of the bedroom translates to better sex. The idea is to let your sex life be less 'perfect' and focus instead on the physical and emotional experience of it. Basically, chill and stop being a total perfectionist.
