How To Workout Like A Victoria's Secret Angel

The big day is upon us, when the incredibly glamorous and toned Victoria's Secret Angels grace the catwalk for the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Stella Maxwell, Kendall Jenner, Gigi and Bella Hadid have all touched down in Paris for the big event where they'll take to the catwalk sporting activewear and lingerie, so naturally, they need to be looking on point.

Beautiful genes aside, fitness training and healthy eating play a huge part in keeping in shape for the show, so which training methods do the Victoria's Secret models use?

Here's what we've uncovered below..

LAIS RIBEIRO - STRENGTH TRAINING

Brazilian supermodel Lais is about to walk down the VS catwalk for the second time, getting in shape with some some old-fashioned strength training routines.


JASMINE TOOKES - SQUATS!

Jasmine Tookes is the star of this year's show, bestowed with the honour of wearing the $3 million dollar Fantasy Bra.

Jasmine relies heavily on squats to improve her body, not that it needs any improvement!


LILY ALDRIDGE - BALLET BEAUTIFUL

Lily, 31, has walked the Victoria's Secret catwalk a staggering eight times!

She uses Ballet Beautiful to stay in shape, a workout described as "graceful, ballet-inspired full body exercise routine that employs a robust combination of upper and lower-body target-toning moves with concentrated abdominal exercises to activate the core, burn fat, and challenge all of the major muscles of body."

BEHATI PRINSLOO LEVINE - PLANKS

An old school method that's highly effective for a full body workout, the plank is a movement that tones the entire body, and requires no equipment at all.

SARA SAMPIO - STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING

Sara Sampio, 25, is a Portuguese model who opts for stand up paddle-boarding for an overall workout, outdoors.

SUP is also a full body workout, which also requires great balance, although it doesn't look like she's doing much standing or balancing in the below pic...
