ANOTHER School Is In Lockdown Over Clown Hysteria
Creepy clown hysteria has shut down a high school after a series of threats.
Police confirmed Colac Trinity College had received multiple phone calls warning that clowns were going to gatecrash the school.
As a precaution, the school went into lockdown for 45 minutes, with principal Tim O'Farrell saying he made the decision in ''the interest of student safety.
Police were called to the college but found nobody on the scene and believe the calls were pranks.
An SMS sent to parents said ''Students and staff went into lockdown at Trinity today due to hoax clown threat. Police have check, given the all clear and students are back in class.''
It comes less than 24 hours after the same kind of incident happened at St Columba's school in Essendon.
