Body Of Missing Perth Woman Found In Canada

The body of a Perth woman who had been missing since November has been found in a partially frozen lake in Canada.

Alison Raspa, 25, was last seen leaving work at a ski resort in Whistler, just before midnight on November 22.

Her phone was later found five kilometres away at Alpha Lake Park, seven hours after she finished her shift.

The Whistler Royal Canadian Mounted Police confirmed in a statement that her remains had been found.

The cause of death has not been established but police say it does not appear suspicious.
