Dudley Davey, 35, is listed to come before the Court of Criminal Appeal in Adelaide on Thursday after being granted leave to challenge the length of his non-parole period.
Defence counsel Nick Vadasz will argue that it's questionable whether or not the sentencing judge gave Davey enough discount for his guilty plea.
