This Is What Happens After 15 Sessions Of Hypoxi
I’ve been doing Hypoxi for just over five weeks now and it’s crazy how fast time has flown.
The most common question people have asked me during this time is – “Does it work?”.
Well guys, I’m here to tell you – it absolutely does.
My life has changed dramatically during this time. I have moved states, started in a new position in another location, was bedridden with the horrendous flu and had to set up a whole new life.
When I realised that all of this would happen in the middle of my Hypoxi journey, I was skeptical – how could I possibly keep a routine and still get results while my life was drastically changing around me?
The best thing I’ve found about Hypoxi, is consistency.
Even through a massive life upheaval, I still managed to get to at least two or three sessions a week. It became a saving grace.
The first twenty minutes of each session is in the Hypoxidermology suit. You guys, this is the most relaxing 20 minutes of my day.
Not only does it aid in reducing cellulite and puffy skin in my lower body – it feels awesome AND you can just lie there meditating or watching a show or even just contemplating life... #winning
I’ve been using the S120 machine which is effectively an exercise bike with a vaccuum.
This workout has been targeting my hips, bum, thighs and tummy and it’s where I’ve noticed the most difference… well that and in my moon face!
This machine is also brilliant for Netflix bingeing, or, in my case, on Thursdays – watching the latest ep of Younger.
After 15 sessions, I’ve lost 26cms overall and I can feel it in my clothes and general wellbeing.
Hypoxi has kept me accountable, plus having a consistent routine is fab and has really kickstarted a new and improved healthy lifestyle.
On my days off, I’m exercising at home with my own spin bike and have found that I’m more focused and motivated.
There’s only a few more weeks to go and guys, I cannot wait to see the final results!
