‘The 3pm Pick-Up’ sent a select group of our Smart Shoppers to Kmart with $250 to spend each. The challenge? To find the best buys across the ranges of kids, living and clothing, and report back to us on what they found. Here’s what some of them had to say:

“The prices were low, but what surprised me most was the quality of some of the things I discovered. Like a gorgeous summer denim dress I found – I would literally have paid three times as much for it in a boutique store.”Ally

“I was planning to buy some toys and clothes for my children to put away for Christmas. I found the toys and also picked up some great summer clothes plus bought a few things for myself and for the house. I picked up 2 pairs of ladies sandals for spring/summer for only $15 each. “I was mostly shopping for my 2 girls as they seem to be growing so fast. Kmart offer a wide range of the latest fashion at more than affordable price. You can purchase anything from socks to clocks, and the options are there for not just home brands but some of the top brands. Its just fabulous for my budget as I know it will stay in check when shopping at Kmart.”Felicity

“I have not been to Kmart for a while. I walked into the store and was immediately surprised by how different the store was. The stock was well displayed. The prices were easy to read. I had a full basket of goods yet I did not feel the pain in my wallet. I was also impressed with the range of the goods for the larger size lady.
