In London, our Adelaide boy, Matt Cowdrey has kept his 50m freestyle s7 Paralympic world record with a time of 25.13seconds.
The Norwood Swimming Club athlete has broken 84 world records and is now Australia's greatest Paralympian with 11 gold medals under his belt!!
He described his race today as one of his best - "It was close to the perfect race, I'd critique the finish slightly, but except for that, I think everything was pretty perfect,"
Matt Cowdrey still has three races left at the 2012 London Paralympic Games - so his haul of Gold could still continue!
Leave your message of Congratulations for Matt below and we'll pass on to him on his return.
