Adelaide's Wild Storm In Photos

It was a wild day in Adelaide yesterday as storms lashed the state.

Cars were stranded in water on submerged roads around Port Adelaide and police had to shut down some streets.

The SES responded to over 100 calls of flooding salvage due to the severe weather that continues to lash SA.

Flooding at residential propertieswas reported in the southern suburbs, and in other areas around the state including Reynella, Woodside and Goolwa.

Several trees fell across roads south of Adelaide on Thursday morning, including Flagstaff Hill Rd in Middleton, Goolwa Rd in Currency Creek and Meechi Rd in Bletchley.

There is also a 20 to 25 per cent chance of snowfall across the weekend on the highest peaks of Mt Lofty on Friday, with the temperature is expected to drop as low as 2 degrees.
