In a world where popstars commonly flaunt their wealth and sell themselves with their sexuality… we ask you to watch this genuine, adorable And oh so wholesome moment from Aussie music sensation, Amy Shark.

The “I Said Hi” singer joined breakfast hosts Jodie and Soda in the Mix102.3 studio on Friday morning ahead of her concert at Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre.

Jodie had organised two of Amy Shark’s biggest fans – her daughters Payton (7) and Summer (6) to not only be there to meet her but sing their version of ‘I Said Hi’ and ask her some questions.

Watch the video above as Amy reacts to hearing the young girls singing her song.

How can you not love her after that?!

“I want to thank you for being such an incredible role model for my girls,” Jodie said to her.

One of Jodie and Soda’s FOTS echoed those sentiments in a comment on Facebook.

Wow you know what I like the most about this…. Amy Shark looks like a normal every day person not dressed up and over the top make up like most singers/actresses. Thank you Amy for showing my daughter that you can still be beautiful with out all of the extra” wrote Janelle Angus.
