Look, we’ve all been in that situation where you need to go No.2 and you’ve only got a very limited time to get it done.

Most of us don’t choose to bring it up on breakfast radio shows though!

Comedic legend and The Project’s own Peter Helliar did not hold back when explaining to Mix 102.3 breakfast hosts Jodie and Soda his key reason for choosing Uber over taxis.

“The thing I like about Uber is you know how much time you’ve got to make that ‘evacuation’ whereas cabs, it’s like an adrenalin sport, ‘OMG I’ve gotta go’, you don’t know when the cab’s coming!” Pete explained like only he can.

He also had a great idea for Jodie and Soda, who next week will attempt to ride a ferris wheel for 52 hours without sleeping to break a world record and raise money for Kerry’s Final Wish – a Cancer Wellness Centre.

“I think if you got the pandas on one of the carriages,” Pete started.

“I’m concerned about the pandas, it’s not working, there’s pressure on giving the pandas back to China (so) I think if you put Woo Woo and Feng Shui, I forget what their names are, but if you put them on one of the carriages maybe something could happen. That would be amazing for you guys.”

Peter Helliar will perform his family show Complete History of Better Books from this Friday-Sunday (15-17Feb) in the Garden of Unearthly Delights at Adelaide Fringe. Tickets at comedy.com.au (Saturday sold out). His book, Frankie Fish and the Sister Shemozzle is available in stores from Monday 18th March 2019.
