Prince Harry and his wife Meghan have registered their charitable organisation, Sussex Royal, as a trademark according to Britain’s Intellectual Property Office website.

Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, announced their own foundation earlier this year, splitting from the Royal Foundation that they shared with Harry’s older brother Prince William and his wife Kate.

The trademark application covers a wide range of goods and services from books to clothing and educational and charitable campaigns.

The 35-year-old prince is Queen Elizabeth’s grandson and sixth in line to the throne.
