Australia’s women’s cricket team are on top of the world after beating India in the 2020 T20 World Cup in front of over 86,000 people at the MCG.

But the Aussies’ batting wasn’t the only fireworks display that night, with pop superstar Katy Perry taking the stage either side of the match.

And to celebrate, the Roar singer invited the team up on stage during her anthem Firework.

The vice-captain was the victim of bad timing, only finding out about her teammates taking to the stage after she’d completed the test.
