For anybody whose partner is a keen surfer, you’re likely to have been kept up at night thinking about the risk of a shark attack.
That fear became reality over the weekend for a couple surfing in New South Wales.
Chantelle Doyle was surfing at a Port Macquarie beach when she was bitten on the leg by a white shark.
She was taken to hospital, but not before her husband got her out of the shark’s grips by repeatedly punching it.
The news led to Jodie and Soda asking: “When did you save the life of a loved one?”
Needless to say, our Friends of the Show are heroes!
