Dunno about you guys, but jeez I love a good cheese-and-cracker platter, but these days you can’t call it that.

You now have to be able to confidently say ~charcuterie~ without a few practice pronunciations in your head first.  I never said the full transition to full boujee would be an easy one.

On Instagram, a search for the term gets nearly a million results and, on Facebook, there’s hundreds of groups dedicated to wooden boards laden with carefully-arranged cheese wedges, dips, cured meats, grapes, little breads antipasto thingys.

Now, so they can feel included, people are doing charcuterie for their dogs.

Called Barkuterie. Cute.

Dog lovers are packing Barkuterie boards with chicken breasts or salmon, eggs, small bits of cheddar, fresh berries like blueberries or strawberries, carrots, actual dog treats, apples, cucumber and cooked sweet potato.

Just be sure not to overwhelm your doggo, both calorie-wise and with new foods.
