All-female and Australian owned, this trio of mums are fighting the stigma against breastfeeding, launching their own baby formula brand Mumamoo.
With six children between the South Australian mums, all with very different breastfeeding journeys, they have the first-hand experience as to why breastfeeding wasn’t an option for them.
“We are pro-breastfeeding but we are also very understanding that some women may have a sick child, or they might be sick themselves and for them, like me, the decision to formula feed really is a necessary one,” Belinda Humphris, one of the three owners of Mumamoo.
Wanting to create a product that removes the stigma around breastfeeding, which for some mums isn’t an option, they have invested two years into creating Mumamoo which has been scientifically formulated and contains the latest premium ingredients (without the hefty price tag).
Mumamoo is produced to the highest food safety standards using non-GMO ingredients. Our cows are grass-fed and graze on free-range pastures just like nature intended. Containing all the ‘good stuff’ including Omega 3 and Omega 6, prebiotics and probiotics, nucleotides and essential vitamins and minerals, your baby is in safe hands.
Mumamoo baby formula contains the latest advancements in nutritional science to support healthy growth and development of infants and toddlers.
Mumamoo is now available from Adelaide supermarkets Drakes, Foodlands, and National Pharmacies with a percentage of sales will be donated to Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Australia (PANDA), a charity supporting parents – both mums and dads – who experience anxiety and depression during pregnancy and in the first year of parenthood.
