I love a “feel good” purchase, I’m a glutton for it! Being able to softly brag to my friends about supporting great local businesses that have sustainability and the future in mind… It leaves a sweet taste on the social currency palate!
And I have to say, as a complete outsider to the vibrant world of wine, I couldn’t believe just how tasty and inviting Farm Hand Wine’s Shiraz ACTUALLY was!?
For a RRP of just $15 a bottle, I couldn’t believe the value for money, and further, I couldn’t believe how good it felt supporting their regenerative farming practices!
Farm Hand Organic Wine has partnered with Carbon8, “a rural charity that helps farmers improve their soil quality and longevity by transitioning from existing, or more traditional farming techniques, to regenerative farming practices.”
I took an hour long (responsible) hiatus around the office asking people to have a taste of Farm Hand Wine’s Shiraz and the first thing they noticed is just how “smooth” and “inviting” it was!
And for “non-red wine drinkers” this could be the perfect introduction into it’s world! Our own Erin Phillips found it to be “very smooth, fruity” and a “really nice Friday night wine to pair with a risotto!”
Grown by the Grigoriou family, fourth generation wine growers on one hundred acres of Organic Vineyards in the Monash Valley of South Australia.
Farm Hand Organic Wines have a wider variety of wines available.
Until the 9th of November, “The Farm Hand Farm Stay” competition is running in all major liquor stores across Australia! You could “open the farm gate” by scanning the QR code on the neck of each Farm Hand Organic Wine bottle and win either a luxe eco hamper, a twin-pack of Farm Hand Wines, or go in the running to win one of six Farm Stay holidays around Australia!
For the first time ever, I’m going to join the ranks of the anointed wine drinkers, and make grabbing a bottle of red a part of my weekly routine!
