With over 14 000 South Australians experiencing continence issues, we have some great news for Adelaidians who’s life would be easier with accessible toilets.
Kelly Vincent MLC from the Dignity Party announced today that the Changing Places toilets will be located in 4 metro locations: Rundle Mall, Adelaide Oval, Glenelg and the U City Development (a disability accommodation and aged care facility to be built on Franklin St later this year).

What makes these toilets accessible is that they all come with an electronic hoist for helping people on and off the toilet, as well as an adult-sized changing table with a hoist, to provide a space and support for family members and carers of those who need help.
