From 24 carat gold plated door handles to $30,000 curtains, this Sydney property could be your new home.

Owner Johnny Tsikouris, a ‘fanatic’ of late designer Gianni Versace, has listed his three-bedroom property in Sydney’s south-west, which is fitted with Versace-inspired wallpaper, custom cabinetry, chandeliers and hand painted features.

“A lot of work has been put into it. From 24 carat gold plated door handles, Versace inspired,” Tsikouris told 7News.

With $30,000 curtains and special paint that cost $2,000 per square metre, the house is unlike any other… in Casula, at least!

Marble mosaic Versace feature tiles line the living room alongside Roman column fencing with Versace inserts, the family are true “Versace fanatics”.

“This house looks like a museum and it has taken a lot of hard work… we will be sad to see it gone,” they told the Daily Telegraph.

The property description for the house reads: “Immaculately presented and unique in every way, this stunning 11-month-old masterpiece has been designed and styled with meticulous attention to detail.”

It is estimated the Versace adaptations cost at least $380,000, with the house expected to sell for about $900,000 without the Versace touches.
