You might remember back in March the launch of an exciting new program of nighttime events that were set to be held in Adelaide’s Botanic Garden.
It’s okay if you don’t remember, March literally feels like several lifetimes ago.
The series was announced then soon derailed as the pandemic took everything in its path.
Now as restrictions continue to ease, the after-dark events are getting a relaunch.
Botanic Lumina is a series of curated events designed to experience the garden and its living collections in a new, different way.
The program kicking off the spring calendar is Noise//Nature, an audio-visual experience staged as a collaboration between Music SA and Capital Waste Pictures.
The one-night-only, ticketed event takes place on October 3 tickets are $15 and available here: https://www.botanicgardens.sa.gov.au/whats-on/botanica-lumina
If you’re heading along, you can bring your own picnic or pre-order a gourmet picnic box from the cafe.
