October is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Erin & Soda want to help Adelaide feel good.
So this Friday is Erin & Soda’s Feel-Good Friday Jukebox for Breakthrough.
Every song they play will help the Breakthrough Foundation train someone in Mental Health First Aid – think of it like CPR training for mental wellbeing.
It costs $250 for the two-day training, and Erin & Soda’s goal is to have 50 First Aiders trained up to make a difference in our clubs, schools and businesses.
On Friday, we’re handing the music over to you – for a price. Every song will pay for another Mental Health First Aider. If you are a business, we’ll give you a plug as well!
Enter your email address to see the Feel-Good Friday Jukebox list.
You’ll see some songs cost more, and for good reason – these are the ones that we’ve never played in breakfast before!
Choose your favourite song, and then leave your details in the form below.
We can’t wait to hear your request on Friday morning to help Adelaide feel good!Having trouble entering this competition? Try submitting here
