Celebrating International Country Music Day, St John Ambulance Carols by Candlelight announce Australian country music favourites Amber Lawrence and James Johnston are set to perform at this year’s event!
Christmas is only 16 weeks away and one of Adelaide’s most beloved festive traditions, St John Ambulance Carols by Candlelight, will return on Saturday 13 December, bringing Christmas cheer, community spirit and magical performances to Elder Park once again.
With a string of chart-topping singles and a reputation as one of Australia’s country artists of the moment, James Johnston will bring his country sound and high-energy performance to Adelaide, joining Carols favourite and multi-Golden Guitar Award winner Amber Lawrence.
Excited to take to the stage together, and ‘bring a little country to Christmas at this year’s St John Ambulance Carols by Candlelight’, James remarks, ‘who says you can’t have a fiddle and sleigh bells in the same song! This is going to be a special night!’.
