It is a sad day for “Flowers” fans.

Miley Cyrus hasn’t headlined a tour in almost 10 years with her 2014 Bangerz Tour and it looks like she may never tour again.

In a new interview with British Vogue the singer said she has no “desire” to perform large-scale tours.

“After the last [tour] I did, I kind of looked at it as more of a question,” Cyrus said, referring to Bangerz. “And I can’t.”

“Not only can’t,” she continues, “because can’t is your capability, but my desire. Do I want to live my life for anyone else’s pleasure or fulfillment other than my own?”

Cyrus said that if she was gonna perform she would prefer it to be in a more intimate setting. “Like, singing for hundreds of thousands of people isn’t really the thing that I love. There’s no connection. There’s no safety.”

“It’s also not natural,” she adds. “It’s so isolating because if you’re in front of 100,000 people, then you are alone.”

With this news it is unlikely that a full stadium tour will come to fruition around her new album “Endless Summer Vacation” but we hold out hope for those more intimate concerts.

Although with her recent split from ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, she probably won’t be wanting to come back to Australia anytime soon.
