THE FIGBAR AT GLEN EWIN ESTATE | 16 FEBRUARY – EARLY APRIL

The highly anticipated fig-picking season has officially kicked off at Willabrand Australia, located in the beloved picturesque Glen Ewin Estate. Besides a fun day out picking your own figs, The Figbar also visits Willabrand and Glen Ewin, serving up delicious local food and wine options for you to enjoy during your experience in this stunning Adelaide Hills location!

The fig-picking season is now in full swing at Willabrand Australia, located in the picturesque Glen Ewin Estate, offering a unique opportunity to visit the estate from 9 am to 3 pm on Fridays to Sundays until early April, or as long as the season permits, with Monday to Thursday hours expected to be announced soon. Where: Glen Ewin Estate, 43 Lower Hermitage Rd, Lower Hermitage SA 5131 When: Fridays to Sundays until early April Price: Admission to the fig-picking adventure is just $5 per person, with children under 12 free.

SALISBURY FRINGE CARNIVAL | 23 + 24 FEBRUARY

The City of Salisbury’s largest event, Salisbury Fringe Carnival, is returning bigger and better than ever before later this month, with two days jam-packed with non-stop fun! Located at Carisbrooke Park, the Salisbury Fringe Carnival will feature a range of entertainment, rides and activities for all ages.

Mahalia Barnes will headline the Saturday night alongside The Soul Mates, with renowned illusionist Matt Tarrant taking centre stage on the Friday, as well as a range of other musical acts and dazzling circus performers, including stuntmen, fire twirlers and even stilt walkers!

SHINGLEBACK SUNDOWNERS FEATURING JOSH PEARCE | 23 FEBRUARY

Enjoy live local music, delightful nibbles, and grazing plates that pair beautifully with your favourite Shingleback wines available by the glass or bottle. From 5 pm to 9 pm, you can revel in the awesome atmosphere at Shingleback’s newly renovated cellar door, which is tucked away in McLaren Vale.
