If you love Harbour Town near the Adelaide Airport but it’s a bit of a trek, we have some great news for you!

The District Outlet Centre in Parafield is due to open very soon on July 1st and boasts to compete with the outlet mall in Adelaide’s west.

The new outlet centre will be home to over 50 stores with big brands including Kathmandu, Fila, Hype DC, Puma, Rip Curl and Cotton On.

Brett Lovett the project developer of the centre told 9News that it should offer an economic boost to the area.

“Most people should be selling stock that is 30 per cent discount to what you pay on the high street,” Mr Lovett said. “People want to get a bargain so hopefully it’ll do well.”

The indoor design is the first of it’s kind in Adelaide and is following suit to the other outlet malls in other states.

It will also feature over 600 car spaces and a food court which overlooks the Parafield runway.

So prepare to get your shopping on in the coming weeks.
