Lucky they launched this a couple days after April 1 or we wouldn’t have believed it, but it’s legit – Perth lad Daniel Ricciardo has created a wine decanter in the shape of his racing shoe.

Yep, you can now do your own red wine shoey at your next dinner party like you’ve just snagged the F1 podium for McLaren.

The limited-edition decanter as part of his partnership with St Hugo from the Barossa Valley and can hold a standard bottle of wine.

Only 1100 are available and are going for $700 each.

Each decanter comes in a snazzy numbered trophy case with a letter from Ricciardo himself and a certificate of authenticity.
